Now available for sale is a lonesome K-4 Pacific steamer without a tender. This version is from 1947 as there is no simulated coupler on the front pilot -- however the aluminum smokestack has been repainted black. The steamer has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and operate perfectly. All functionality on the steamer works properly including the e-unit, headlight and the smoke unit. Externally, the boiler and cab have been professionally restored and renumbered -- and it looks fantastic! Even the original postwar boiler front is complete with both marker lights still attached. Lastly, the side rods are in nice condition, but there is some tarnishing beginning in a few locations.
