Up for sale is an original postwar Prairie steam locomotive that is clean, fully tested and does run. However, as seen in the photos above, there are plenty of missing components and issues with the locomotive. Below is a summary of the known issues -- but more might exist. Basically, this is nothing more than a good parts locomotive.
- Missing one side rod on each side
- One front marker light is broken off and missing
- The front pilot truck, headlight assembly and smoke unit plunger are missing
- The e-unit lever is loose and makes the running of the locomotive very spotty and / or inconsistent
