Both the steam locomotive and whistling tender have been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and operate perfectly. The exterior colors are vibrant, the side lettering is crisp and clean-- plus there are no surface nicks, marks nor blemishes on either item. Lastly, neither the tender nor steamer show any signs of rust nor oxidation.
