Now available for sale is a nice and clean, all original Sunoco Tank Car from the mid-1950's. This freight car is the later version with bar-end trucks, no corner footsteps on the frame and tabs on each coupler. Additionally, the frame and tank are nice and clean, free of nicks, chips and cracks plus there is no rust nor oxidation on the metal components. The side lettering and graphics are crisp and complete and there are only a few minor surface marks from usage around the Lionel Lines railroad over the prior 70+ years. Overall, a nice and clean example of a common Lionel freight car.
