Up for sale is a clean, all original Sunoco Tank Car from 1948. This freight car is the earlier variation with staple-end trucks and metal footsteps on each corner of the frame. The frame and trucks are clean and free of rust and oxidation although there is some minor paint flaking on the frame. The tank car body is complete and not nicked, chipped nor cracked and there are only minor surface marks from usage.
Lastly, its original Early Classic / Three Cities box is included. The box is clean, has both end and tuck flaps, all four interior flaps and one of the two coupler flaps. As seen in the photos above, one end is taped closed.
