Additional Comments: Up for sale is a solid and clean Middle Classic box for the Rock Island box car manufactured in 1954 and 1955. This Middle Classic box includes both end and tuck flaps, all four interior flaps and one of the two coupler flaps -- plus there is clear tape on the interior of a few flaps. Externally, the colors are nice and clean but there is writing on one end flap and minor aging in a couple of locations. Overall, a solid and decent box that is usually not available for sale without the freight car.
