Here's an absolutely gorgeous 6457 and original box from the 1951 era. This caboose has pristine exterior colors with clean, crisp and extremely white side lettering and graphics! Additionally, the frame, trucks, couplers and ladders all look factory fresh with vibrant metal patina. There are no stress cracks, nicks nor chips on the caboose and not a mark on the exterior plus the interior light does illuminate. Simply put, you will not find a nicer 6457 caboose compared to this example!
Also included with the caboose is its original Middle Classic box. The box has both end and tuck flaps, all four interior flaps and both coupler flaps. Externally, the box looks great and is nice and solid.
