Up for sale is a nice and clean, all-original 6026W postwar tender, frame, trucks and internal components. The tender shell has vibrant exterior colors, clean side lettering plus all four corner steps are complete, attached and not cracked nor damaged. Internally, the components are as nice as the exterior plus the whistle has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and works perfectly. Lastly, the bar-end trucks with a tab coupler are complete and fully functional plus the frame and trucks are clean and free of rust. Lastly, this tender shell has the 6026W printed on each side -- which is generally assumed to be 1957 through 1959 production.
This tender was produced in the late 1950's for the 665 Hudson and 2037 Prairie steamer, however it is also fully compatible with many other postwar steam locomotives.
