Up for sale is a beautiful and clean red steel version of the 494 Rotary Beacon Tower along with its original box, insert and instructions. This light tower is free of dings and dents and the only apology is a scrape of paint missing on one corner of the base (as seen in the 6th photo above). Otherwise, the tower has been tested, works properly and includes an original postwar beacon top.
In addition to the tower, this accessory includes its original box, insert and instructions. The instructions are clean and dated 1959 plus the insert is complete and not torn nor damaged. The original Cellophane Panel box is a bit squashed in the middle front and does have a 1.5" tear by one of the flaps. Otherwise, it's a clean and solid original box. Overall a very nice accessory that will fit into almost any small space on a layout.
