Here's a clean and complete orange barrel car that has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and works properly. The exterior color is vibrant, the side lettering and graphics are complete but there are a handful of minor surface marks on the exterior preventing this freight car from being graded at a 7+. Below is a summary of the components for sale with this barrel car:
- 3562-75 Orange Barrel Car: complete, nothing chipped, cracked nor damaged plus the metal components are clean and free of rust and oxidation. Lastly, the figure is a reproduction figure.
- 362-78 Box of Barrels: includes the correct Late Classic version of this small component box as well as a set of six original postwar barrels. The box has all interior and exterior flaps although one of the inner flaps has become detached from the main box.
- 160 Dump Bin: includes the correct longer plastic version which is free of damage.
- 90C Controller: includes an undamaged controller that has been tested and works properly.
- OTC Track Clip: includes one original postwar OTC track clip as well as two brass clips to be used in conjunction with O gauge track.
- A set of original instructions dated 1956 are included with this barrel car, but as seen in the photo above there is a large stain on the front (and subsequent) pages.
- 3562-75 Late Classic box and Insert: the box has all interior and exterior flaps although there is clear tape on the interior of several flaps. Additionally, the insert is a reproduction insert.
