Here's a nice and clean, all original Bronx Zoo Giraffe stock car from the early 1960's. This common blue version with white lettering has complete and functional AAR trucks as well as an extremely clean exterior and with nice side lettering and graphics. The frame and trucks are clean and free of rust and oxidation, although the coupler tab has some minor oxidation beginning on the bottom. The only apology to the freight car is each catwalk end has a tiny nick / chip along the edge.
Also included with the freight car are original instructions as well as a complete, original postwar telltale pole, telltales and track activation clips. There is some tarnishing on the silver track clip and minor rust spots on the black activation guide.
