Here's a clean, straight and all-original set of two Truss Bridge from the late 1930's. These bridges are complete, free of rust and oxidation but there are minor surface paint nicks and flakes on the exterior. The bridge was designed for a single piece of O gauge tubular track to fit directly on top of each of the three base support brackets, there is no need to elevate the track as it approaches the bridge.

Regarding their condition, all metal sections are straight plus there are no extra holes drilled into any of the support cross members. Finally, each truss bridge has the following construction features:

  • Deep red, almost maroon painted exterior
  • The Lionel lettering on each side is the more common brass name plate variation
