Here's an clean, complete and all-original early postwar crane car manufactured by Lionel in the mid to late 1940's. This crane car has a clean cab and boom with nice colors along with crisp and complete lettering on the rear of the cab. However, the roof has some surface rust and oxidation plus the top of the base has some surface scratches -- which is preventing this freight car from being graded at a 7. Additionally, both handles operate properly, the hook does raise / lower properly and the boom is complete and not cracked nor repaired. Lastly, the crane car has been thoroughly cleaned and serviced plus both couplers operate properly.
