Here's an extremely clean, all-original early postwar crane car manufactured by Lionel in the mid to late 1940's. This crane car has vibrant exterior colors along with clean, crisp and complete lettering on the rear of the cab. Additionally, both handles operate properly, the hook does raise / lower properly and the boom is complete and not cracked nor repaired. Lastly, the crane car has been thoroughly cleaned and serviced plus there is no rust nor oxidation on any of the components -- and its condition is close to an 8!
Also included with this freight car is its original box. The Art Deco box is clean, has minimal writing, both flaps but as seen in the photos above is a bit worn and soft and not quite in collector condition.
