Up for sale is the somewhat hard-to-find, one-year-only green 2330 GG-1 from 1950. This GG-1 was noteworthy as it was Lionel's first GG-1 with both dual motors and magnetraction. This particular electric locomotive has a clean exterior, nice colors and end decals, but the side stripes have the typical wear from handling. Externally, there are minor surface marks from years of usage, but the GG-1 is free of rust and oxidation on the frame and trucks. Lastly, the locomotive has been fully cleaned, serviced, tested and operates just as designed by Lionel 70+ years ago.
