Up for sale is a clean and fully functional 153 Block Signal with its original track activator, instructions and box. This trackside signal is the later version with the 12 volt bayonet base bulbs plus both lights have been tested and do illuminate properly. Additionally, the pole, base and ladder are all clean, not damaged and there are only minor surface marks from usage. The only apology on the signal is on the lower portion of the front of the black signal head (see 5th photo above) appears to have a stripe of black paint or magic marker on the front. When installed on a layout, it's difficult to see this stripe, but is present when seen in reflective light.
Also included with the signal are the original instructions and box. The instructions are clean, complete and dated 1950. Additionally, the 153C track activator is an original postwar component and free of rust and oxidation. Lastly, the Middle Classic box is clean, solid and contains all interior and exterior flaps with the only apology being a small puncture home on one end flap from the top of the signal pole.
