Additional Comments: Here's a generic instruction sheet which was included with several Lionel accessories throughout the early to mid-1970's. This instruction sheet is complete, free of writing, stains and tears plus the corners are nice and square. Although there is a hint of some aging along the fold lines, most of the instructions are extremely clean. Overall, a beautiful instruction sheet that would compliment most Lionel trackside accessories manufactured in the early 1970's.
