Here's a gorgeous, New Old Stock METCA box car from 1976. This uncatalogued box car is a favorite freight car with collectors and operators as it wears the popular New York Central Pacemaker colors. Externally, the box car has pristine colors, perfect side lettering and graphics and looks like it was just manufactured yesterday! Obviously nothing is nicked, chipped nor damaged and certainly no rust. Lastly, the base and trucks are as clean as the box car and the wheels show no signs of ever being on the track.
The original box is solid and complete and includes a complete and undamaged cellophane front panel.
