Up for sale is a stunning, New Old Stock Peabody quad hopper from 1978. This freight car has never been used and truly in brand-new condition. The external colors are spotless, the side graphics and lettering are pristine plus the base, trucks and couplers are new with no signs of usage, rust nor oxidation. Lastly, Lionel included their premium die-cast O-gauge sprung metal trucks on each end of the hopper.
Also included with the quad hopper is a complete and solid original box with all internal and external flaps still present and a complete, undamaged front cellophane panel.
