Here's a nice, clean, all-original Lubricating and Maintenance Kit from the mid-1950's. This kit is mostly complete and the exterior packaging is in great condition with minimal flaws. Included in the kit are the following components:
- Empty orange track cleaner container -- which is free or dents and dings plus it has nice exterior colors and graphics
- Five emery boards
- Metal handle brush
- One wooden stick
- Wooden smoke pellet tamper
- Glass tube of oil, approx. 95% full
- Tube of grease, approx. 85% full
- Maintenance booklet dated 1956
The exterior box is in surprisingly nice condition plus the snap-lock lid is complete and fully functional. The colors are vibrant, the graphics are in great condition and there are only minor exterior blemishes. Internally, all three cardboard inserts are complete and not damaged plus there is an oil / grease stain in one corner of the box. Overall, a very nice kit that is usually found in poor condition.
