Up for sale is an absolutely brand new, New Old Stock Southern / LCCA bay window caboose. This caboose was offered to LCCA members as part of the July 23rd, 1977 LCCA convention in Cincinnati, Ohio. The caboose has pristine colors, perfect side lettering and graphics and looks like it was just manufactured yesterday! The simulated smokestack has never been installed and still wrapped in the scotch tape from the production cycle. Obviously nothing is nicked, chipped nor damaged and certainly no rust. Lastly, the base and trucks are as clean as the caboose and the wheels show no signs of ever being on the track.
The original box is solid and complete and includes a complete and undamaged cellophane front panel.
