Additional Comments: Up for sale is a nice and clean separate sale envelope available to dealers to sell to customers that either lost, damaged or simply needed another 90C controller for their Lionel trains. Included in this sale are the following items:
- The 90-31 envelope is in great condition, free of writing, tears and tape plus the printing is clean and crisp. Additionally, the rear flap is still attached although the original staple is missing from the envelope and there is some very minor aging on the exterior.
- Original 90C controller, complete and functional, nothing damaged on the exterior case and the base is free of rust.
- Four original postwar coiled and unused wires.
