Now available for sale is a clean, fully serviced, tested and ready to run New York Central ballast tamper. This motorized unit includes its original box, insert and both track activators and all original paperwork. The box is complete, but there is some slight moisture staining on one end. Otherwise, the exterior color is pristine on the motorized unit, the side lettering and graphics look great and there's barely any signs of usage. Lastly, all functionality works just as designed by Lionel.
