Here's a clean, fully serviced, tested and ready to run New York Central ballast tamper. This motorized unit includes its original box, insert and one track activator. Although you only need one track activator use with this motorized unit, it was originally sold with two track activators. The box is complete, but slightly pushed in one one end and there is a small puncture hole in the front cellophane window. The exterior color is pristine, the side lettering and graphics look great and there's barely any signs of usage. All functionality works just as designed by Lionel.
