Now available for sale is the somewhat hard-to-find Baltimore & Ohio F3 AA diesels from the mid-1970's. These diesels have the popular and colorful traditional B & O external paint scheme plus they are both brand new, never used and truly New Old Stock inventory from late 1973. Externally, the diesel has pristine colors with vibrant side lettering and graphics. Internally, the frame, motor and trucks are as clean as the exterior and free or rust and oxidation. The motor has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and it runs like a champ. Lastly, the lights work properly, the e-unit is functional and the front functional coupler is fully operational.
Also included with the diesel are all original paperwork items including:
- Clean and complete original instructions.
- Two original warranty cards.
- Two Lionel Service Station Listing from 1973 / 1974.
- Two original boxes that are as solid as a brick and each includes all internal and external flaps plus the complete syrofoam inserts.
