Now available for sale is a gorgeous, all-original semi-scale Hudson and 12-wheel tender as manufactured by Lionel in 1950. This steamer and tender combination look fantastic and have been very well cared for over the past 75+ years. The exterior colors are vibrant, the side lettering is crisp, clean and complete and there is obviously no rust nor oxidation on the base, wheels nor body. Both the steamer and tender have been fully cleaned, serviced, tested and all functionality works exactly as designed by Lionel. Finally, the front of the tender has a handful of small paint nicks and chips from usage, otherwise the units are extremely clean and there is nothing broken nor damaged. Lastly, the tender is the correct 1950 version with the plastic whistle housing as well as white lettering on the side of the tender.
