Now available for sale is a nice and clean 726 Berkshire and a die-cast 2426W whistling tender. This Berkshire locomotive has the traditional smoke element and a simulated coupler built into the front pilot. Both units have been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and are ready for display or use on your layout. The exterior colors on both units are clean while the side lettering on the tender is crisp and complete -- however the rear cab roof has the slightest / smallest bend on one side (see photo 4 above, right side of the cab). Otherwise, all functionality operates just as designed by Lionel including a fully functional e-unit, properly working smoke unit, illuminated headlight and a nice sounding whistle in the tender. Lastly, there is no rust nor oxidation on either item plus the tender has all metal corner steps. Overall, a really nice and clean steamer and tender combination.
