Now available for sale is a brand new, never used flatcar with an original postwar Cooper-Jarrett van. This flatcar has vibrant exterior colors along with pristine side lettering and graphics plus all corner plastic footsteps are present and not damaged nor repaired. Additionally, the trucks are complete and free of rust, both couplers work as designed and all eight wheels are unrun and show no signs of ever being on a track! Lastly, the original Cooper-Jarrett van is free of nicks, chips and damage and only has a hint of aging on the exterior. This flatcar and van -- which was only available for a single year, 1958 -- is much harder to locate compared to many other flatcars with loads from the later 1950's.
Also included with the freight car is its original Late Classic box. Sadly, the box is in poor condition with all flaps missing on one end and most flaps missing on the opposite end.
