Up for sale is a New Old Stock # 6464-375 Central of Georgia Car from 1966! This box car was supposedly purchased at Madison Hardware in the early 1980's -- prior to their move out of New York City -- but do not have any way to confirm that information.
In any case, this Central of Georgia box car is from the second, and final, production run in 1966. This specific box car has never been on the track and the wheels are truly unrun. The exterior colors are pristine, the side lettering is perfect and the base and trucks are in new condition. There's literally not a nick, mark nor blemish on the freight car. Additionally, the original box is as solid, complete and the front cellophane panel is still intact!
