Up for sale is a set of three gorgeous 6456 Lehigh Valley hoppers from the early 1950's. Below is a summary of each hopper:
- Maroon, type I body, staple-end trucks, no rust nor oxidation and a very, very tiny chip along the top edge -- which appears to be a factory defect as the maroon paint is painted right over the chip. Condition is 7++ to an 8.
- Black, type III body, bar-end trucks, no rust nor oxidation and nothing broken, nicked, chipped nor damaged. Condition is 7++ to an 8.
- Maroon, type III body, bar-end trucks, no rust nor oxidation and nothing chipped, cracked nor damaged. Condition is 7++ to an 8.
