Now available for sale is an absolutely gorgeous, near-new maroon hopper from mid-1950's. This hopper has the correct bar-end trucks with magnetic couplers as well as vibrant exterior colors along with pristine side lettering and graphics. Additionally, the body is complete, not damaged nor chipped plus the trucks and base plates are clean and free of rust and oxidation. Lastly, the interior of the hopper is clean and free of nicks and surface marks and shows no signs of usage.
In addition to the freight car, its original Middle Classic box is also included. The box is in great condition with nice colors and is as solid as a brick. The box is missing one tuck flap, otherwise all other flaps are present including both coupler flaps and there is no tape on the interior of any flap. Overall a beautiful freight car with a box that compliments the condition of the hopper.
