Here's a gorgeous maroon hopper from the mid-1950's era. This type III hopper has bar-end trucks with magnetic couplers, vibrant exterior colors along with clean and complete side lettering and graphics. Additionally, the body is complete, not damaged nor chipped plus all metal components are clean and free of rust and oxidation. Lastly, the body is complete and free of nicks, chips and damage.
Also included with the hopper is its original Middle Classic box. The box is in decent condition with some very minor aging on the exterior. The box does include both end and tuck flaps, all four inner flaps and one of the two couplers flaps. Overall a beautiful freight car with a decent box.
