Up for sale is a beautiful maroon hopper from mid-1950's. This freight car has the correct bar-end trucks with magnetic couplers as well as gorgeous exterior colors along with clean and complete side lettering and graphics. Additionally, the body is complete, not damaged nor chipped plus the trucks and base plates are clean and free of rust and oxidation. Lastly, the interior of the hopper is clean and free of nicks and surface marks.
Also included with the hopper is its original box. The box is in nice condition with minor shelf wear on the exterior. The box has both end and tuck flaps, all four interior flaps and one of the two coupler flaps. Additionally, several flaps do have clear tape on the interior. Overall a beautiful freight car with a decent box.
