Up for sale is a beautiful, clean and original # 64 Highway Lamp Post along with its original box and insert. This lamp has clean and vibrant paint, is complete and not damaged, free of nicks and chips and best of all, the bulb and wire socket tabs on the base have been tested and it does illuminate properly.
Additionally, the lamp includes its original box and insert. The box is solid, has both end flaps, all interior flaps but there is clear tape on one exterior end flap and the tuck flap is also missing from that flap. Otherwise the box is clean, solid and free of puncture holes and staining. Lastly, the original insert is included to protect the lamp. Overall, a very nice, clean and solid box with an insert that is just as clean.
Note: This lamp post was produced during both Lionel's prewar and early postwar era.
