Up for sale is a thoroughly cleaned serviced, tested and ready to run Chesapeake & Ohio NW-2 diesel switcher from the early 1950's. This diesel is the more common variation with three stanchions securing the side hand railings to the body. The exterior colors are clean, the side decals are in nice condition and there is nothing broken nor damaged on the locomotive but there are paint rub marks on some of the high areas and edges as well as some minor paint flakes on the frame. Lastly, all functionality works as designed by Lionel, so if you're looking for a nice, smooth running diesel, this is an excellent choice.
