Now available for sale is a gorgeous, all-original switch tower from early 1953. This trackside accessory has vibrant exterior colors plus the building and platform are complete and free of nicks, chips and cracks. The accessory has been tested and all functionality operates just as designed by Lionel. Lastly, the interior of the building is just as clean as the exterior and there is no rust nor oxidation on any of the parts.
Also included with this accessory are the following components:
- Complete and solid original OPS Stamped box dated January 1953 -- although there is some minor moisture residue on one corner.
- Both original packing inserts -- each free of tears and damage.
- Original component envelope dated November 1952 -- which is complete and free of writing, staining and puncture holes.
- Clean, original instructions dated January 1953.
- Original postwar 145C track activator
- Four original postwar coiled wires.
