Up for sale is an absolutely gorgeous, barely used Helicopter Control Tower. This one-year-only accessory was manufactured in 1962 and is very difficult to locate these days -- especially with its box and many of the smaller components that are usually lost or damaged. This accessory has clean and vibrant exterior colors with beautiful side lettering. All of the smaller components including the helicopter, tail support and radar dishes are postwar components. The only small apology on the accessory is the top half of the rear tail rotor blade has been re-glue to the tail section -- otherwise there are no other broken, cracked nor damaged components. Additionally, the launching mechanism has been tested and does work as designed by Lionel.
Also included with the accessory is a solid and gorgeous original box, operating instructions and packing envelope -- with each of these being in condition 9 -- they are near new!
