Up for sale is a nice, clean and straight green painted steel Floodlight Tower from the 1949 / 1950 era. This tower has perfectly straight support braces as well as solid and straight base that is free of dings and dents but there are a few paint flakes by the screw holes on the base. The tower has been tested and all four bulbs do illuminate properly. Overall, a nice looking tower that does not require a lot of space on a layout and would spruce up any railroad empire.
Also included with the tower is its original box and instructions. The Middle Classic box is in nice condition with all internal and external flap but there is are a couple of tears by the edges. Lastly, there are original instructions included with the tower, but are dated December 1955 -- which is technically not correct for the green variation of the floodlight tower.
