Now available for sale is a gorgeous 3619 Helicopter Reconnaissance box car with helicopter and original box. This freight car is in beautiful condition with vibrant colors, pristine lettering and graphics plus there are no nicks, chips nor apologies on the unit. Additionally, the internal operating mechanism has been tested and works properly plus the original roof is complete and the base is clean and free of rust and oxidation. Lastly, the helicopter is an original and complete postwar unit and is the later version without the Built By Lionel lettering.
Also included with the freight car is its original box. The box has both end and tuck flaps, all four inner flaps and one coupler flap. There is clear tape on the interior of several flaps plus there is some aging and shelf wear on the exterior.
