Up for sale is a clean, all-original 3472 operating milk car, complete with an original stand, milk cans, box, insert & instructions. This operating milk car has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and is ready to run on your layout. The exterior color is clean, the side lettering and graphics are crisp and clean plus the base, trucks and wheels are free or rust and oxidation. This freight car includes a set of seven postwar milk cans plus an original postwar platform. The top, shiny platform is a reproduction component and the green and white base has a handful of paint flakes, so the stand is graded at a 6+.
Also included are the correct instructions (dated 1950) as well as the original box and insert. The box is complete with all interior and exterior flaps and the insert is complete with nothing torn nor missing.
