This box car has the later staple-end trucks with a base plate and sliding shoe pick-up -- which are complete and fully functional! The exterior colors on this box car are vibrant while the side lettering and graphics are crisp and clean -- plus there are no nicks, dings nor dents on the all-metal box car. Additionally, this freight car also has all of the metal corner steps still attached to the frame. Lastly, the frame, trucks and door guides are clean and free of rust and oxidation! Overall, a beautiful freight box car that rarely appears for sale in high collector condition.
