Product Overview

Condition:  Var           Original Box:  N/A             Year:  Late 1940's

6 photos available above

Up for sale is a lot of miscellaneous parts for the Madison passenger cars. Included in this lot are the following components:

  • One complete frame, with trucks, couplers and lights. The lights have been rewired and overall condition is 7+ as there is no damage and no rust on the components
  • Two additional frames, one with no components and a second with a pair of trucks, lights and light brackets. The frame with the trucks has one complete truck and the second has a damaged coupler. Overall condition is 6+ to a 7.
  • There are eight window frames (most need replacement plastic inserts) and two window frames. As seen in the photos, there is some light oxidation on the frames. Condition is approximately a 6.
  • There are four end caps. One has a broken set of steps, the remaining three look to be complete except one needs new springs for the doors (which are on the frame with the broken step). Condition is a 6, but can probably clean up to a 6+.
  • Extra truck with coupler and center rail pick up. Condition is 6+ to 7.

Bernie at the All Aboard Train Shoppe is one of the good guys Being in ‘the business’ it’s easy to become jaded , however, The All Aboard Train Shoppe is not like all the other places and that is both welcome and refreshing Not only were the items I purchased better than described but the shipping was lightening fast and his response and communication went above and beyond I plan to always check-in and see what Bernie and the All Aboard Train Shoppe have for sale so I can do business with them again and again and again Thank you, Chris
