Now available for sale is the one-year-only black plastic bumper that was manufactured in 1969. This bumper is clean, complete and not damaged -- plus has vibrant exterior colors. The bumper has been tested and does operate properly plus the top light does illuminate properly. Overall, a nice and clean, hard-to-find bumper from Lionel's final year of postwar production.
