Up for sale is a gorgeous, all-original Pennsylvania tinplate caboose from the mid-1940's. This caboose is the later variation with staple-end trucks and a single coil coupler -- which is complete and fully functional. The exterior colors on the caboose are pristine, the side lettering is crisp and clean and other than some very minor paint flaking along the stairway edge, this caboose is a germ!
Also included with the caboose is its Art Deco original box and insert. The insert is complete, solid and has all flaps and is free of tears and staining. The box is in decent condition with both end and tuck flaps but only one inner flap is present.
