Up for sale is a clean, complete and undamaged tinplate caboose from 1945. This Pennsylvania caboose is the early variation with a flying shoe truck on the end with the coupler -- which is complete and totally functional (the 2457 is known to have come with either one or two functional couplers, this caboose has the single coupler). The exterior colors on the caboose are clean, the side lettering and graphics are crisp and complete and both end railings are straight and not bent. However, as seen in the first and second photo above, there is some minor paint loss on the sides by the lettering. Lastly, all caboose windows are intact, the interior light does work and there's no rust nor oxidation on the body, frame nor trucks. Overall, a nice caboose that usually appears in well used or poor condition.
