Here's a beautiful set of brown tinplate passenger cars produced by Lionel in the late 1940's. Each car has the correct staple-end trucks with coil couplers, beautiful exterior colors with crisp, complete side lettering that is not faded nor worn. The roofs have some very minor surface marks and the sides and bases are exceptionally clean. Lastly, the trucks and couplers are all complete, functional and free of rust and oxidation plus all interior lights work properly.
Please note: like most tinplate passenger cars from this era, the interior plastic window strips have deteriorated and are no longer in the windows.
