Up for sale is a clean, all-original 243 scout style steam locomotive with the correct 243W whistling tender. Both the steam locomotive and tender have been thoroughly cleaned, serviced and tested and it flies around the track! The two position e-unit cycles properly, the motor runs nice and smooth plus the smoke unit is fully functional and the whistle in the tender is loud and strong. Additionally, both front marker lights are still attached, the cowcatcher is not broken nor damaged and the tender has all corner steps. Externally, the colors on the steamer and tender are vibrant, the side lettering is crisp and bright and the side rods are clean. Finally, there are very minor external surface marks from usage and the overall condition is close to a 7+.
