Up for sale is a beautiful, all-original set of Wabash F3 AB diesels from 1955. These one-year-only, dual motor, prototypical looking units have been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and operate perfectly. Externally, the paint is vibrant, the side lettering and graphics look great plus the side stripes are complete and not worn nor faded from handling. Unfortunately, there is some minor battery corresion on the frame by the battery holder.
Excluding the battery corresion, the rest of the units are easily in condition 7+! The motors, couplers, e-unit, horn and lights have all been tested and all functionality works as designed by Lionel plus the power A unit includes original front number boards. The only minor issue is the rear center rail contact occasionally hangs past the stopping pivot point -- but once one the track there is no impact to it's usage or performance.
