Up for sale is the first year variation of the 2243 Santa Fe with the raised ladders molded into the shell. This somewhat hard-to-find variation has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and operates perfectly. The e-unit cycles properly, the headlight does illuminate and the horn is functional.
The exterior colors on each unit are clean, the side lettering, graphics and decals are nice, but each diesel unit is showing signs of aging and usage. The power unit has the correct number boards and the frame has minor surface marks from usage over the years. Overall, a nice operator grade diesel set that is free of damage -- plus the B unit closer to condition 6+.
