Here's a nice and clean set of Santa Fe F3 AA diesel set from 1953. These Santa Fe diesel locomotives are decorated with the popular war-bonnet Santa Fe paint scheme frequently seen in real life during the 1950's. The exterior shells are nice and clean, the colors are bold and the lettering and graphics are nice and complete. There are minor surface marks on the locomotives from usage, but nothing is chipped, cracked nor damaged and the front decals appear to be reproduction decals. Internally, the locomotives are nice and clean. Lastly, each locomotive has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and operate perfectly. The e-unit cycles correctly, the horn is functional, the interior light works properly and both sets of magne-traction trucks are clean and complete. Overall condition is extremely close to a 7!
Also included with each diesel is its original box and insert. The power unit box and insert are complete, solid and in great condition. The trailer unit box and insert have not held up as well, but are still respectable and display nicely.
